By purchasing a ticket to the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Associations 2025 Grand Gathering in Woodstock, IL,

I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration for being permitted to participate in this event.

I further understand that I may be removed from or asked to leave this event if I do not follow all the Rules of the Event. I acknowledge if I bring any additional recreational vehicle besides a car/truck or a motorcycle, for instance a quad, golf cart, scooter, etc. as personal transport around the fairgrounds, I am required to provide proof of personal insurance rider for that vehicle and acquire a sticker from the property at the registration table. This sticker is to be displayed while operating the vehicle on the property. If I am unable to provide said insurance I will not be allowed to use the vehicle and it must remain on the trailer. I am a voluntary participant of this event and in good physical condition. I know that this event includes organized and self guided motorcycle rides and I hereby voluntarily assume full and complete responsibility for, and the risk of, any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in this event, any of these rides that I choose to participate in, or any other activities I participate in while on the premises of this event.

I, for myself, my next of kin, heirs, executors, administrators, hereby release and hold harmless and covenant not to file suit against the WS MRA Inc. staff, the land owners, employees, volunteers, and all other persons or entities associated with this event ( collectively " the releases" for any injury or damages I might suffer in connection with my participation in this event or while on the premises of this event.

This release applies to any and all loss, liability, or claims I may have arising out of participation in this event including but not limited to, personal injury or damage suffered by me or others, whether such losses liabilities or claims be caused by falls, contact with and/or the actions of other participants, contact with fixed or non-fixed objects, contact with animals, conditions of the premises of the Event, negligence of the releases, risks not known to me or not reasonable foreseeable at this time or otherwise.

I give my full consent and permission to the WS MRA Inc.for the Grand Gathering to license and assign the irrevocable right to uses, for any purpose whatsoever and without compensation, any photographs, videotapes, audiotapes or other recordings of me that are made during the course of this event.
